QUALIFICATIONS:
• 6–7 years of experience in electrical engineering design concepts, schematics, and systems.
• Experience with Cable Design, Circuit Design (PCB, power supply), and Single Line Diagram creation.
• Experience with PLC program evaluation (Siemens S7 1200) and ladder logic monitoring.
• Proficient in Auto CAD (wiring design) / 3D CAD, OrCAD, Microsoft Visio, Creo, and Zuken products.
• Knowledge of RF Technology Basics and standards like CE, SEMI S2, S8, S22, NFPA 79, UL508A.
• Language/Citizenship: Native level Japanese or JLPT N2 or above required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform core electrical design tasks, including Cable Design, PCB, FPGA, and PLC design for various units and assemblies.
• Develop, troubleshoot, and handle post-production issues and defects in Radio Frequency (RF) systems and electrical modules.
• Create and revise electrical engineering assemblies, layouts/schematics, and detailed drawings, ensuring compliance with standard procedures.
• Manage and execute Engineering Change Management (ECM) and Bill of Materials (BoM) documentation processes.
• Design, modify, and test electrical equipment and test methods to develop manufacturing processes and ensure final product quality.
